Helix Pure Air Slide-Up PAPR Welding & Grinding Helmet with Industrial Safety Cap - MSA

The Optrel Helix Pure Air PAPR Headgear combines welding, grinding, impact, and respiratory protection in an integrated slide-up helmet design. Designed for use with the e3000X PAPR system, the headgear incorporates an industrial safety cap and a slide-up welding visor that allows users to transition between welding and clear-view grinding tasks without removing the helmet.

The integrated auto-darkening filter provides shade adjustment from 4 to 12, while the low-profile design supports access in a variety of working positions. When paired with the e3000X PAPR, the system provides adjustable airflow from 170 to 240 liters per minute, automatic low-flow and low-battery alarms, and HE/HEPA filtration. It is designed for demanding welding and fabrication environments across construction, shipbuilding, transportation, utilities, and general industry.
